My Way grill (aan zee) — Restaurant in Ostend

Lets start with: I like to give good reviews to good restaurants and bad reviews to bad restaurants. This is a bad restaurant.

Charged us 2.5 euros to split a 30 euro steak even though we both got a glass of wine. Asked the server about this rediculous policy she said every restaurant charges this cover. We were the only ones eating at the time, everyone else was just having a drink I'm sure none of them them were charged this 2.5 euro tourist fee. Food was good, but we were attended too only once in the spand of 1h-1h30 by this very rude server.

Only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of one is because we went there for lunch once was reasonably priced and had slow but good service and good food.

Older blonde lady should be fired. Other people mentioned her bad service on other reviews I'm not sure what the owner is waiting for...

We had lunch at My Way and the food was very good and well-cooked, but not overpriced unlike other place sin Ostende. The waiters were also very friendly! The only thing we were shocked about was the price of water! A 1-litre bottle of Spa water (it's a Belgian brand, so transport costs aren't really a factor...) cost us 8€!!! I checked and at the local supermarket, the exact same bottle costs 1,05€. An exaggerated profit margin, don't you think? This "detail" left us with a bitter taste in our mouths although the food...

This woman was extremely rude with absolutely no hospitality considering we spent €350. They forgot our food and because we asked where is the food she told us to shut up, we also addressed this man and he was also rude with no manners. Don’t waste your time or money with...
