Rizavita🍕 — Restaurant in Ostend

I don’t recommend going here to go eat. I get there with my family and we sat down in a table of 4 and then I see how the workers are looking at us and suddenly they put a “reserve” sign in the table we were already sitting down and told us that there was not space to eat there. Mind you there were several tables empty inside the place , so I asked if outside was possible, they also said there was no space outside either. Had to take the pizza to go because my children were very hungry . Pizza was not good either. Very bad approach to the clients, bad service overall. Reply: no, we were supposed to eat for the whole family, and after we were refused to sit everywhere we bought just one pizza for the kids since they were hungry. Your staff was rude , we were not occupying a table, we were waiting for our order since we took it to go. Once we got our order we got up and left! Very bad place ! Since they’re not willing to accept their low service by lying it really shows what kind of service they provide. Saying we were rude to you , when we literally just order one thing to not bother anymore. How can you say it was one pizza for the whole family since you weren’t there when my kids ate it? We had to wait over 45 minutes for our pizza, almost missing our train - even though the place was almost empty. I think we were around the shift change as we were served by different people - one nice, and one visibly totally checked out… he was nicer to other people though, don’t know if it’s because we’re not flemish or he didn’t like our face or what. The pizzas were ok but definitely not great. In particular the dough was quite thick, almost dr oetker style. My boyfriend took the funghi and the mushrooms were very bland. The staff is really nice, the furniture and the equipment looks new and clean. They were also nice to kids, they brought some toys.

The only problem is the quality of pizza. I would really recommend the owner to invest in improving the quality of the food and also a redesign of the branding and the menu so it doesn’t...
