Pizzeria Il Cavaliere 🇮🇹 — Restaurant in Ostend

Don't order from home, a big shame.. i don't know how they can delivery something like that.. pizza parma with slices of a big tomato instead of cherry tomato, lettuce instead of rucola and pasta cheese instead of slices of grana padano ( that's a bread not a pizza as you can see ) . And pizza 4 formaggi with lettuce in the middle as decoration and 2 slices of tomato on it. WHERE ON EARTH IF NOT AT CAVALIERE YOU CAN EAT SUCH A PIZZA.. NEVER AGAIN VERY DISAPPOINTING and people pay money for this bullshit like they fall from a tree. I would feel very ashamed if this was...

We ordered 3 pizzas. They forced us to take a drink even though we didn’t want one. They tried to justify it with some TVA regulations they had to match and told us every table in the restaurant has to order something to eat and drink or else we have to take away the pizzas. We ordered a coke and asked for 2 glasses. The server laughed at us and told us he’s not going to bring us 2 glasses for one coke. We insisted on getting those glasses and the server told us to leave if we’re not happy. Very unprofessional behavior. I don’t recommend...

Wir waren am Wochenende als fünfköpfige Familie im Il Cavaliere. Natürlich aufgrund der tollen Rezensionen, denn auch wir wollten uns die beste Pizza unseres Lebens nicht entgehen lassen und waren voller Vorfreude. Es war sehr voll und nach 10 Minuten hatten wir unseren Tisch, der zuvor gut gereinigt wurde. Auch das Ambiente ist ganz schön. Da es sich um eine sehr kleine Location handelt, war es aber auch sehr laut. Nun zum Essen: Naja, was soll ich sagen. Wir hatten eine Quattro Stagioni, eine Hawai und eine Parma. Außerdem eine Lasagne und einmal Spaghetti carbonara. Alle Essen waren leider nicht zum niederknieen.... der Pizzateig war handwerklich gut, es fehlten aber mehr Tomatensauce und noch etwas Käse und Salz. Die Pizzen waren trocken und flau. Der Belag eher sparsam. Die Lasagne war gut, aber nicht besonders groß. Die Nudeln waren okay, aber auch mit wenig Soße und flau. Alles in allem also eher Durchschnitt anstatt phantastisch. Das Personal war nett, aber überlastet. Die Lasagne kam fast 10 Minuten später wie das andere Essen. Wir sind öfter in Ostende und werden das Restaurant nicht...
