How is such a thing possible, prices The menus are excessively large and the services are excessively small, mess everywhere, the tables are not sanitized, the toilets are very small and there is only one toilet for women and a male,The toilets are undersized for the restaurant's maximum capacity, the children's playground is miserable, never cleaned or sanitized. The quality of food and the hygiene standards (food and safety conditions ... legally required to be abided by... how these places aren't shut down i don't know) i have lived in Belgium for 4 years and coming from another disgusting country this is really so much worse! I've been at about 7 McDonald's restaurants and ALL OF THEM are terrible. The bathroons are NEVER even close to hygienic the smell is horrible you smell it all over the restaurant, the tables are NEVER cleaned after use the whole restuarant is dirty and the food tastes NOTHING like it should! My kids don't dare even try playing in the kids area....

Het is niet mijn gewoonte om slechte reviews te schrijven, integendeel. Maar ik ben genoodzaakt voor de 1e keer dit te doen. Na de volleybalmatch van de yellow tigers wilden mijn dochter, haar volleytrainer en ik nog vlug iets eten in deze Mcdo. Omdat mijn hond mee was ging ik eerst aan de ingang checken of hij mee naar binnen mocht. Er ging geen verbodsticker a/d deur dus ervaringsgewijs wist ik dat mijn hond dus mee binnen mocht, zoals in nog tal van andere Mcdo's zonder sticker. Nadat wij onze bestelling hadden ingevoerd en betaald kwam de "manager" op een nogal hautaine manier mij meedelen dat het restaurant geen honden toeliet. Toen ik hem er op wees dat er geen verbodsticker aan de deur ging en dat ik al betaald had had hij toch geen begrip voor mijn argumenten. Hij stelde wel voor om buiten te eten. Iets wat er zeer leuk en gezellig uitzag nadat het de ganse namiddag had geregend en de terras er uit zag als een zwembad. De manager ging de terras, speciaal voor mij, kuisen. Iets wat hij liet doen door 1 van zijn medewerkers. Die medewerker wist mij te vertellen dat er een half uur geleden wel 2 koppels met honden hebben gegeten in het restaurant... Ik kan begrijpen dat honden niet overal welkom zijn. De ene hond is de andere niet en het ene baasje is zeker ook het andere niet. Mijn hond gaat overal mee en zorgt nooit voor problemen. Zelfs dan kan ik begrijpen dat hij nog niet welkom is maar plaats dan een sticker op de deur. Dan weet iedereen waar hij aan toe is en kan je nog beslissen ergens anders te gaan.
