I expected much more from this place. Food and drinks are overpriced. With a dessert, you need to spend 20 euros per person for a simple lunch. Most of the food is not homemade. It's more like an expensive fast food place.

Sympathique endroit pour se restaurer rapidement de manière un peu + équilibrée. La salle est propre et bien entretenue. La terrasse aussi. Les produits sont bons et variés. J'aime particulièrement les soupes (avec 1 morceau de pain offert). Utilisateurs de produits réutilisables (couverts) ou en carton recyclables (gobelets, assiettes), un bon point pour la planète. Le personnel est très sympathique et entretient tres correctement les lieux! Pour moi, le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a aucune toilette pour les personnes handicapées et les toilettes "normales" sont à l'étage. Impossible pour moi d'aller aux toilettes 😔

Honestly Exki Waterloo was better than any other Exki I have ever been to in Brussels. On Monday afternoon 5.15 pm, the young girl who served me was really charming and great service. It was just about a nice and friendly interaction. And I can tell you for sure, we hardly ever find this in the Exki located in Brussels, it is usually far too casual and you relaxed as far as I am concerned Service needs to be reviewed !! Definitely...

The products are nice as in all EXKI, except the coffee which is not nice at all. I miss in the toilet a place where to change a baby. To access the toilet you need to need the code from your receipt, however they didn't give me one, so I had to ask...
