I came into this review expecting it to age like milk, because from what I've read, Le Destin changes its menu by the season. So your experience will be different from mine.
I came here for dinner, battered and with no reservation, but Le Destin still served me. The chefs and staffs were friendly.
For l'apéritif, the bourbon was utterly amazing. I felt all of the fatigue I've built up hit me all at once, left me disoriented, then relaxed.
The menu is quite sophisticated, in wording. :D It dazed me so much that I couldn't order in French. :D
L'entrée tasted like home. It was absolutely incredible. The main dish was good. The dessert was not too sweet, which is the greatest compliment a person from my background could give a dessert. I couldn't give much words to desribe the food here, I loved it so much that the only way to do it justice is to taste them.
