I recently visited You Wok restaurant, and I must say, it was one of those experiences that truly stands out.

From the moment I walked in, the clean environment, calming background music, and warm welcome immediately caught my attention. The staff were respectful, quick, and professional—something I really appreciated.

As for the food, I tried their special Chicken Wok and Fried Noodles—both were fresh, well-balanced in flavor, and the seasoning was just right. The vegetables were perfectly sautéed and the meat was tender and tasty. The prices were also reasonable, and the portions were generous.

I especially want to highlight the presentation of the dishes; each plate was beautifully arranged, clearly prepared by skilled chefs.

A big disappointment. Tasteless food, nice overcooked. This place needs to review the way they prepare food. It looked like some unqualified staff was just heating up ingredients without knowing what they are doing. In addition, the person taking the order looked completely bored when doing so. Everything except an honest friendly welcome. In my opition, the entire staff needs to be replaced. In addition, there was an attempt made to create a cozy atmosphere by using 2000 Kelvin lights placed over the tables, however, they flicker so strongly that it is completely uncomfortable to even be there more than a minute. For people with slow eyes, use your mobile phone on super-slowmotion and you can see the effect for yourself. Food was barely edible. I gave it like 3 chances. Because my family likes warm food and there's not many spots in Wijnegem. But each time I tried the food there, it was either too savory or mushy. Last time I went there my food looked more like pigs food and the egg was hairy. They also advertised it as a runny yolk but it was hard boiled. The service also wasn't nice. I had to go back twice to ask for my food because we were missing a plate. Then a customer had to call me back to the checkout, because they didn't even bother to bring it themselves or call me on their own.
