Both my husband and I were blown away by each of the dishes - the chef is absolutely marvelous! I highly recommend to take the 'chef's dish' as an extra to the menu, you will not regret it.

The flavors are gentle and bold at the same time and finally we've found a fine dining restaurant with a huge focus on pescatarian dishes. The seafood was extremely fresh, cooked to perfection and every dish made sense in the chronological order of the menu.

We have been to many fine dining restaurants by this point, and this restaurant is easy in our top 3 . Additionally, the non-alcoholic drinks pairing made a lot of sense with the dishes and the flavors were delicious (especially the kefir drink with lemongrass, lemon and ginger).

Lastly, the service was really great - the server was incredibly friendly and kind and the chef came by the table to explain the dishes, which added a notch of extra storytelling. We will...

The Food - absolutely creative and delicious. Balancing good taste with impressive looks & decorations. Top quality ingredients. The Service - good, friendly. The Chef visits the table at the end of our tour de gourmet for a small chat. Nice! The Place - cool and Nordic style, which we loved! Simplistic, smart and yet warm. The Wines - this is why we didn't through in a 5th star. We did chose the wine pairing which normally gives a perfect food mirroring and to discover something exciting. Unfortunately not here, a little bit too experimental (too much cider!) and quite often not matching the food quality. Missing the equilibrium here.

Bottom Line - we will return in spring to try the outside terrasse, this time simply order the wine ourselves...
