Drinks - Quite a regular bar with a decent offering of drinks, both hot and cold.

Ambience - Not exactly an exciting bar that makes you want to come back for more. But it’s clean, spacious and bright.

Accessibility - As always, there’s a step to get in but once in, there’s space to move about. Wheelchair users will need a small ramp to get in past the steps.

Cost - Average pricing.

Nice Belgian pub with a difference. The closest building to Menin Gate. Atmospheric with a very authentic, individual feel with WWI and British memorabilia. Plus point for aged Orval, options of fresh or one year old, but mine was nearer two! Nicely rounded, less sweet flavour.
