To be fair im sharing my personal view on two items that I ordered one for my son and one for me. Chicken fingers and Sweet and sour chicken. I don’t normally do reviews but I won’t let this one pass. The chicken fingers and the sweet and sour chicken are the same style chicken it’s like battered fried. But the sweet and sour just comes with sauce on top. I recieved the chicken fingers first and I tried them and I didn’t like them because they tasted like burnt oil and no taste whatsoever. I waited to my meal and I ate some of the rice and and sauce (which was nice) and one piece of chicken same as the chicken fingers tasted burnt. So I decided nop I can’t eat this. So called waiter and told her the problem the dish was 95 percent there on both cases. I did not expect a free meal. Waitress tells me they are trying out a new chef so i said maybe that’s what it is. The minimum I expected was for we are sorry for your food do you want order something else. The owner didn’t even come and say anything. Sent me the bill which I paid fully. ( and again not expecting a free meal but atleast the decency to say hey we sorry you guys weren’t able to eat anything. Only my wife was able to eat the kong Pao chicken which was nice. So my advice would be need to work on...
Read moreWish I could give zero stars. My God this place have the worst customer service in the world! The Asian guy with the cap and glasses in the store is very rude and seems to have no patience at all. Rushing customers to order and looking at them with a hateful look on his face as if you are bothering him. My wife and kids went inside, but when the kids saw the little aquarium they stopped to admire it a couple minutes and that seemed to bother the person. He shouted at them and demanded them to hurry order something or leave. I'm not sure if the establishment only wants Asian customers and not local Belizeans. Whatever the case is i can assure you that this review is a completely sincere and honest review! If you don't believe, go and see for yourself whenever that...
Read moreI've probably been to the old milkyway way more than this new one since I no longer live in belize, but on my trip back this is still one of our top spots to come back to. Mr. Chiu is always very nice and welcoming. The food are so good, the presentation, the decoration and setting of the restaurant. They have some of the best Taiwanese food I've ate. Unfortunately I didnt have much pictures of all what we ordered but I believe my family ordered a bit of everything and I especially love their wontons in beef noodle soup so that's what I'm always getting!
Lovely place to come with your friends on a quick lunch break, or a group of friends for reunion, or a family outing, or just by yourself to enjoy some good and nice...
