Last thing an ex-italian restaurant worker was expecting was finding great pizza run by a local born and raised Belizian! What really made it special was his light/airy but crispy crust and no grease. He told us it was a recipe passed down by his mother. He took the business over when she was sick. If you're looking for frilly and fancy this ain't it, but this pizza has heavenly crust and the sauce has top notch flavor. He makes everything to order including grating the cheese right on top!
