Rolson’s Cocina Cantina — Restaurant in San Ignacio & Santa Elena

We stayed in Belize for 3 weeks and we went to Rolson's at least four times each week. The food was tasty and they were consistent and reliable.I enjoyed the chicken fajitas but our favorite was the Carne Asade tacos (not on the menu). The drinks were nice and strong too.
