I've been coming to this place for years as it is in a convenient location to stop by and snag some internet when I arrive in San Ignacio. Usually the experience is okay. I order some drinks and maybe a little food and hang out until my friends can come pick me up. The last time (and by that I mean both the most recent time I came here and the final time I will) my wife and I came in the evening to have some Indian food. I ordered chicken and she (was supposed to receive) paneer. My wife is a vegetarian. However, she was served what we believe to have been lamb. She was mostly eating the rice and sauce at first as she likes to save the "cheese" for the end of her meal. I tried a piece of the "cheese" and immediately commented, "Wow, that's really meaty tasting." She tried a piece of it and said, "That's definitely meat." So we called the waiter over and told him that she was a vegetarian and had been served meat. Rather than offering us a reasonable solution he said that we could just take it home and thst because I eat meat I could eat it later. We told him that wasn't the issue and that the problem was that she had not received what she ordered. He then said he couldn't give us a discount or bring us the dish she had ordered. He referred to it as a "happy accident." We asked to speak with the manager and a disgruntled woman came over and said that she could give us a discount before immediately snatching her 1/3 finished dish up and walking away. When we received the bill she had only taken $2 off of our $70+ dollar bill. Then when we left the waiter ran over to the table to make sure we had paid! As if we would take the risk stealing from a restaurant, especially one that could use the money to spend on some good business advice. We were not asking for anything for free, but just wanted them to be reasonable. The owners should probably know that their employees are behaving this way and I hope this message reaches them. See you never...

We stuck to the Indian dishes. Shrimp pakora, samosas (two huge ones were perfect for the 5 of us) were our appetizers. Then for the main meal we ordered their version of garlic Naan, a beef curry, a butter chicken, a garlic chicken, a shrimp curry and a cauliflower with potato masala is what was order. All of it was scrumptious!
If I had to pick a least favorite, it'd be the garlic chicken but only because the garlic is so strong that having it as your only dish would get overwhelming. Everything is served with a side of rice and a cucumber, tomato, onion "salad".
In addition Kids ordered the chocolate shake and strawberry shake... Basically flavored syrups and ice! But I had the Pina colada and it was so so good. Perfect cooling drink to go with my butter chicken. Plus the usual bottles of water to wash it down.
Staff was super nice. Speak up when you're ready for the check because they aren't pushy to get you out (nice change of pace to some U.S. restaurants).
Prices aren't bad. For all the food we got, and we didn't even finish the sides of rice and salad, with drinks, total came to $174 BZD. Most dishes were $20-25bzd on the Indian menu. Can't say anything about...

A soccer game was on and we didnโt recieve our service till the game was finished which was after a half hr of waiting. When that happened the cook who was also the boss had to leave multiple times to grab things from a shop near by for our meals which was ridiculous. One of the members only ordered toast and waited about and hr and 15 mins to receive her toast, another one of the members in our group didnโt receive his order at all, and last member of the group received uncooked pancakes and was told they were fine to eat. We wouldnโt have been as upset but we were the only few people eating that morning and had a shuttle to catch which we had informed our server. Our server was not friendly and forgot multiple things ..This might be a decent place to drink but avoid it at all cost of you are planning...
