I came here EVERY day during my stay in San Pedro. I came for the ice cream and sorbet. The location is right on coconut drive so it was kind of noisy. But the ice cream flavors (more than 25) are so varied it's worth a daily visit. Lots of chocolate options! 8bzd for a single scoop cup. Super friendly staff. Had a daily chat with Edgar. You can ask to sample. Then you are hooked.

The ice cream is delicious and homemade as well. I got the snickers flavor it was so good. It’s not too sweet nor to simple it was just right. I also had a chicken burger it was off the moon good. The chicken is covered with teriyaki sauce and so delicious it gave a out of the world taste in your mouth

This place has the best Ice cream in San Pedro. We went to this ice cream spot 3 times during our 7 day trip and it was amazing. Great ice cream, cheesecake, and toppings. The service was immaculate. Edgar made us feel like family and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even explained to us how the ice cream is handmade everyday. It is mandatory that you visit this spot for some ice cream whenever in San Pedro. Huge shoutout to Edgar and The Factory staff for creating a hospitable...

We were in San Pedro for about one week and we went to the factory about 6 times! We loved their delicious homemade ice cream and their shakes were some of the best We have ever had, it is definitely the best ice cream in San Pedro and the service was exceptional! Big shout out to Edgar! His team were more than amazing and very passionate and knowledgeable about all the ice flavors...
