Easiest 5 stars on my whole Belize trip. Now THAT is a pancake. Damnnn. That cinnamon butter + nutmeg sauce was ridiculous. Just loooook at the pictures. Torry is so full of joy and love and it all goes into his food. We fully enjoyed hanging out with him and his brother and drinking fresh coconuts from his tree. Super heartwarming great times. Can’t recommend enough.

The best giant pancakes! The honey cinnamon butter and homemade syrup was so delicious! They were so happy and welcoming & it was such a pleasure talking with them about their home and business while they made the pancakes! Everyone in Hopkins is so nice, especially the owner of the Breakfast Nook!

Mommy and daughter breakfast date! We heard they had great pancakes so we had to give them a try! The food was made fresh while we waited and chatted with the brothers! Conversation was equally as great as the food! My only recommendation is to have some maple syrup on hand for the kiddos 😉😉

The best giant pancakes! The honey cinnamon butter and homemade syrup was so delicious! They were so happy and welcoming & it was such a pleasure talking with them about their home and business while they made the pancakes! Everyone in Hopkins is so nice, especially the owner of the Breakfast Nook!

Mommy and daughter breakfast date! We heard they had great pancakes so we had to give them a try! The food was made fresh while we waited and chatted with the brothers! Conversation was equally as great as the food! My only recommendation is to have some maple syrup on hand for the kiddos 😉😉

Those pancakes are just amazing, real authentic Belizean place full of love, smile and joy.

I took 2 pancake ( 1 of each) and it was a lot of food. Hard to finish my plate but I couldn’t stop eating as it was so good.

Could be hard to find as their sign is completed yet but worth the effort to get there. Easy to find...
