Boss restoran — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

While our stomachs rumbled in search of food through Sarajevo on New Year's Day we came upon this establishment. The waiter told us their menu was limited due to the aforementioned date so we ordered two pizzas eagerly awaiting our most needed nourishment. The wait was somewhat long but finally our pizzas were brought to our table. One was borderline raw the other was overbaked and too salty. This didn't stop us from eating as we didn't have any other choice and were too tired to complain. So we took our punishment in dough and left praying our bowel movements would be regular...

For a Bistro, this place is a snooze fest, but atmosphere aside, this was the worst steak and fried veggies dish I've ever eaten. Note to the cook....use salted butter for the herbs. Waiter was aloof and inattentive, he didn't bring any condiments when he brought our food, we didn't see him again until 20 minutes later, when he finally brought us salt! And guess what? The salt actually saved the day for the steak, because that cook knows nothing about adding salt 😀 there are way too many nice restaurants in Sarajevo, we've chopped this location from our list and...

The waiter served what we didn’t order. What we ordered : two glasses of tap water, gipsy chicken, and cream spaghetti & What he served : a bottle of mineral water, gipsy chicken, tomato spaghetti, and unknown named eppetiser. we’ve got overbaked bread. And also, we couldn’t use cards because the staff told us that the card machine didn’t work for some reasons.
