I've been there on several occasions. The place itself is nice. The food - hmmm - not really my cup of tea, asides from soups and cakes, which were good. I am not fun of stakes so I didn't try their specialty dishes, but here is what I can rate: Pizza is ok, not the best one I tried but it can pass - 4 points. The first time I was there, I tried gnocchi with chicken (or turkey, I don't remember) in a white sauce with celery or similar - it was nicely served but it lacked taste and therefore it was so boring to eat - 2 points. Creamy soups (pumpkin & tomato) are nice - 5 points for those. Bruschetta was really disappointing - I did not expect it would come with the fresh bread so it tasted like a sandwich, which I very much dislike and would never eat it for dinner - 0 points for this. Chocolate ball cake - I didn't like it. I missed the "performing" part when it was served - the hot sauce poured over the chocolate ball - I assume that was attractive to see. When it comes to taste - it was like a vanilla soup with pieces of fruits and melted chocolate in it. It lacked fuller taste and there was way too much of vanilla sauce. 1 point. Panna cotta with fruits - it was nice, light dessert - 5 points. Chocolate tart cake - it was tasty, chocolate biscuit with creamy topping, and it was not too sweet - 5 points. The ambience was nice. The service was ok. The toilet lacked the...

Read moreI travel to Mostar every year due to my wife's family being from the city. I found Pablo's restaurant and club to be a welcome addition to the city's food and dining offering, which can be lacking outside of the traditional types of foods that one might expect in this part of the world.
What I like about this place is that is it a bit out of the way of the usual tourist spots on either sides of the river Neretva, which makes it perfect for enjoying a quiet catch-up with friends and family you haven't seen in a while.
We went here for lunch and dinner several times and found it to be of really good quality and reasonably priced. Their veal broth soups are fantastic, as are their tomato soups.Their risottos are also excellent as are their schnitzels. I am not too sure about their pizzas, but other people seem to like them. Their wine list is also decent. One piece of advice I would give them is to try to expand their beer selection. If they add more options in terms of their beers on tap, particularly craft ones, they could have a pretty good amount of pulling power.
I will be visiting this...
