I stopped by this place hoping for a late-night snack before heading to bed. Honestly, I’m not quite sure why the reviews are so high. I ordered three types of nigiri: salmon, yellowtail, and shrimp, along with a tuna hand roll.
Like I’ve experienced at another restaurant in São Paulo, the nori they use here is different from what I’m used to, and it didn’t have much flavor. Overall, the taste was average. The fish itself was ok and didn’t have a bad smell, which is definitely a plus, but the rice texture and seasoning weren’t quite what I’m accustomed to.
