I was not convinced by the rib eye, it was on the hard side, a bit nervy, with little fat. Vou separar por tópicos: Ambiente: agradável, bem organizado, mesas bem distribuídas, tem espaço para as crianças, cadeiras confortáveis, utensílios de qualidade adequada. Atendimento: quando cheguei a casa estava um pouco vazia e o atendimento foi rápido, porém com o passar do tempo começou a lotar e foi ficando difícil de chamar o garçom. Para pedir a conta foi um transtorno, tive que pedir para três garçons diferentes e somente o último conseguiu me trazer. Comida: principal determinante da nota, afinal foi o motivo principal da escolha do lugar. Em primeiro lugar não faz sentido o tempo de espera, foram mais de 53 minutos de espera para trazer meu prato (bife de chorizo + purê trufado), porém o maior problema é que a carne veio fria e sem sal, mas pelo menos o ponto da carne veio certo (algo que sempre costumam errar aqui em Belém). O purê estava excepcional, com sabor balanceado, onde não havia exagero do sabor da batata, permitindo que a trufa tivesse seu destaque (porém não saí de casa por causa do purê).
