Madero Steak House Shopping Estação — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Curitiba

As a tourist the last time in a Madero was last year, and only for a burger, which was good. Wow was it bad this time. The arancini came out, i was expecting something like the great bar foods around and it was a cup with 6 very small balls about the size of an olive. And no small plate to eat them on. Was i expected to use my fingers? After eating 1, the food came out, not 5 minutes later. Now do I let my food get cold while I finish them? The entree I chose was a small entrecote with a mustard sauce. The steak was a tangle of tendons and ligaments and took a lot of dissection to ingest. Plus the sauce in which the steak was floating also had all my fries floating in it as well. I don’t like soggy fries in mustard sauce no less. I asked the waitress about the “cesta das paes” bread basket that was supposed to (according to the menu) accompany my tiny arancini (i’m sure Italians would find them hysterical). The place is not cheap, so i was expecting much more attention to details: I ordered a steak medium-well and a burger medium-well with salad and fries, special request no ham/pork/bacon, i got salad with becon medium-rare steak which is not tender at all, they toke it on grill again now it medium-well but so hard bite. The waiter doesn't come to check if everything ok they see you only twice on order and when bringing the food. Long story short, only for burger...

Atendimento péssimo, precisamos ficar levantando as mãos e fazendo sinais um tempão para virem nos atender. Depois de tirarem os pedidos, as bebidas só traziam quando chamávamos e reclamávamos da demora. A porção de entrada antes dos hambúrgueres foi o mesmo parto e só veio quando reclamamos. 30 minutos pra vir uma mera caneca de chope, e o mesmo aconteceu com a bebida de todos os ocupantes da mesa de 4 pessoas, que pediram vinho e um mojito também. Os garçons ficam andando pra lá e pra cá que nem robôs e não conseguem nem olhar pro lado e ver que tem clientes sem atendimento, isso com o local cheio de mesas vazias, imagina se estivesse cheio. Além disso tudo, é o cúmulo pagar 70 reais em um hambúrguer que ainda vem com o ponto errado do qual pedimos, e veio errado para os 4 da mesa. Um rapaz com uma identificação de controle da qualidade só veio cobrar a conta e nem perguntou o que achamos da experiência, então deveria tirar essa identificação e substituir para "cobrador". Nunca mais volto nesse Madero, mil vezes ir em hamburguerias artesanais da região do que essa rede que você gasta uma fortuna na conta e ter atendimento pior do que qualquer...
