Meat is LOW QUALITY! The burgers were very light colored, with tons of fat on them and not enough seasoning. They claim to use the highest quality of meat overall but this was subpar, at the most 50-60% meat and the rest fat. The red onions inside the burgers were not cooked and cut thick. Fries were pretty good though and so was the drink, although when ordering they were VERY pushy about getting a drink at the same time when I had told two employees I had not seen the drink menu yet and wanted time to go thru it. Because they kept insisting I just pointed at the picture in front of the closed menu and ordered the drink on display. Promising but rushed and subpar. This seemed like a good option inside the food hall. We did go on a busy night so the line and the wait for food was very long. There was some frustration because my husband tried to order in English but they just looked at him with blank stares. He was embarrassed and stepped out of line. My family and I were very pleased with the food at this restaurant. It is in a mall/food court so it gets very noisy in there and sometimes is hard to find space. But we got there around 6pm and it was perfect. The food did not take so long. The drinks (caipirinha) were very good. We all got the mignon kabob and it was SO TASTY! Jemais :) .
