Surprisingly pleasant enjoyable dining experience. I had been warned this VERY popular restaurant would be crowded with slow service. So we decided to arrive at 6:30 before the dinner rush. The restaurant was hardly filled. We ordered grilled octopus, seafood combination platter for 2 and the 2 for 1 crab special WITH specialty drinks. Everything arrived in stages on heated serving dishes as if fresh from the stove. Everything was filled with above average flavor. The staff provided above average service & friendliness! Going out to eat with friends/family is a real treat at this place! They have many different options of seafood and different dishes from appetizers to dinner. Local bom e agradável. A comida tem um sabor muito gostoso e muito bem preparados. Zero reclamações.

Contudo, por quatro vezes fomos entre amigos, e a má vontade de alguns garçons para nos atender foi nítido. Reclamou com outro garçom (nós vimos e ouvimos) até porquê quando trouxe um elemento à mesa pedimos outro em sequência. Nos dias de rodízio, por duas idas, éramos os últimos a sermos servidos, e por vezes já não estava mais quente.

Enfim, o local é maravilhoso, mas nosso grupo infelizmente não se sente bem vindo diante do comportamento de alguns péssimos profissionais. E não, nós não bebemos álcool e não poluídos o ambiente. E sim, frequentamos outros locais sem qualquer problema. Espero de verdade que esse quesito melhore, e tanto o local quanto os colaboradores, tenham ainda mais...
