The food is very good and it is an authentic Libanese restaurant. However, the service was lacking. I had the Gastro with me (which is a pocket book with vouchers for several restaurants in Brasília), and I felt that they did not want to serve me just because of the coupon. If the place does not like to serve clients with the Gastro, they should not put the restaurant in it in the first place. My son and I, and my Brasilia host, visited Marzuk several times. The food is exceptional. The atmosphere was great. The staff were always helpful. The take-out of course was instantaneous, and excellent. Sometimes there were a few waits while dining in, but the ambiance and friendliness were always wonderful. Melhor dentro as melhores esfirras da cidade (as melhores esfirras da cidade, além da do Marzuk, são as esfirras abertas do BSB Grill e a do Manara). A melhor esfirra deles é a folheada aberta; a segunda melhor é a fechada de carne. Não há melhor acompanhamento para uma cerveja gelada. Comer no local rende um bom executivo para dias de semana. Porém é até mais válido pegar a comida para comer em casa. A kafta é boa, mas não compara com a do Manara. A conserva de lagarto é boa e as pastas também. O pão é, no máximo, ok; não costumo oegar. As sobremesas não são boas. Testei todas. Estão bastante aquém do nível dos pratos e pastas salgadas. O problema não é a limitação das sobremesas árabes; já comi baklavas de excelente nível; o problema é de qualidade mesmo.
