We came all the way from the United States with a Chef on our trip. We have to say this is one of the top pizza places in Porto de Galinhas. This is the only authentic Italian pizza you will find in the area. The owners are straight from Italy and I promise, it shows.

So many places in Porto de Galinhas sell pizza (because the basic ingredients are cheap) but this is one of only two that doesn’t use cheap ingredients. This one has an advantage because the family is from Italy so they use that and add a local twist. Advice to tourists- if the restaurant doesn’t specialize in the thing you want then don’t waste your money. If they do a hundred things, what can they possibly do great? O ambiente é muito apertado, muitas mesas em um espaço limitado. Por algum motivo o restaurante estava lotado, talvez por janeiro ser a alta temporada de Pôrto de Galinhas, ou talvez por falta de opções para comer por um preço razoável (razoável para o lugar, já que os preços na maioria dos restaurantes de Pôrto de Galinhas são ordinàriamente incompatíveis com a quantidade e a qualidade das comidas servidas). O atendimento é cortês, inclusive quando se reclama de algo. O prato pedido veio com um ingrediente faltando, que foi colocado após ser observado o fato junto à gerência. Pelo sabor, os ingredientes utilizados são de qualidade apenas regular, e o preparo deles não tem nenhum cuidado especial. Dependendo da combinação de sabores pedida, alguns ingredientes podem vir crús ou queimados. A massa não tem sabor e parece não conseguir endurecer no ponto ideal. Quanto ao preço da pizza, a relação custo/benefício trabalha contra o cliente. Os preços são altos e não refletem o que é entregue. Se você estiver com fome o suficiente e não se importar em pagar caro por uma pizza "fast-food", então o Mamma Mia é o lugar...

We had a Calabria pizza. It came fast and it was very good. The service was good as well. The reason for the 3 stars is that I asked the server to pack the leftover (3 slices) and they literally threw the pizza in a plastic bag. I couldn’t believe it.
