Came in with high expectations but left very disappointed.

the beetroot falafel were 4 (!) individual pieces baked (not fried!) in the oven. Texture and taste left much to be desired; the skin of the roasted eggplant was blackened and burned to a crisp and came mixed with the tomato sauce and mozzarella in the same plate. I don't even know where to start with this one because it meant that the burnt eggplant skin was all throughout the dish. As far as I am concerned this is a capital sin and beyond unacceptable. the only redeeming dish was the carrot gnocchi where it not that I legitimately asked myself if they forgot half of the food in the kitchen when I received the dish.

TL;DR: good food ideas but unfortunately they're made so poorly that 2 stars is the most it's worth, especially considering portion sizes and the overall price tag. Chairs are also not comfortable. Would...

I ordered Polvo (octopus) dish with vegetables. There are 4 pieces of octopus and I cannot use knife to cut or chew it, like cutting rubber, and vegetable is hard cannot chew also. The waiter came and changed the new one for us. Thank you for your service but the new dish came with 2 pieces of octopus and the octopus are not fresh. Sorry to say, please cook better quality food...

Já no processo da reserva, o serviço deixou a desejar. Tive dificuldade em obter uma resposta e só consegui me comunicar com um robô. É verdade que o lugar impressiona à primeira vista, mas tive uma das piores experiências culinárias da minha vida. Os pratos são minúsculos, servidos em pratos muito pequenos. Parecem pratos infantis. Enquanto isso, os preços são altos e ainda há uma taxa de serviço de 12,5%! Além disso, os pratos não eram absolutamente nada elaborados. Parecia comida de refeitório escolar. Nunca vi algo assim na minha vida.

Quando perguntei uma explicação à garçonete, ela inventou uma desculpa na hora, dizendo que a ideia era pedir vários pratos para compartilhar, estilo "tapas". Mas isso claramente foi uma justificativa criada na hora, pois em nenhum momento, ao fazermos o pedido, ela explicou isso. Além disso, mencionamos que estávamos com fome e fizemos várias perguntas sobre os pratos.
