Very confusing menu. The meals were not what the menu said. The waitress couldn‘t even tell what was in the food (she didn‘t even know what brioche bread was). After asking what was on the burger, she said beef patty, lettuce, onion and cheese. What she didn‘t mention was that there was bacon on the burger. I do not eat pork as it is against my religion so when I bit into the burger and noticed the bacon I was very angry. She did at least offer to bring me a new burger with no bacon but I had lost my appetite. I‘m not putting the blame on the waitress, as mistakes can happen but it was still very irritating. I recommend the restaurant renew their menu as it is very confusing...

Firstly, they cheated us on the beer we ordered.. then we asked if we could eat the starters and finish it before serving next course .. of course, they didn't care about it and served us in the middle of the appetizer... The lamb ribs were just some burnt and charcoal piece of used to be meat .. the lamb died for no reason ..pitty After we complained about the quality of the food we only got a smirk smile from the waiter ... I would be tempted to give 2 stars in service because they provided some toothpicks to eliminate evidence of burnt food Was it 580 rs worth ?? Not even the slightest way ... Sorry .. 1 star is...

O Costela's tem uma premissa de ser um restaurante com bom custo-benefício em frente à praia, mas se façam um favor e repensem. Minha experiência no último domingo com toda minha família foi péssima. Cada um de nós pediu um executivo (entre churrasco misto, bife de ancho, picanha, frango a parmegiana, salmão). Quando os pratos chegaram, a decepção: o churrasco misto era literalmente um palito de churrasco menor do que os que são vendidos em barracas em praças com 5 mini pedacinhos entre carne, frango e linguiça. O bife ancho era, sem mais nem menos, um papel frito de tão fino e passado. O salmão estava ok. O frango à parmegiana também. Entretanto, o arroz de todos estava papado e eles exageram na quantidade deste para disfarçar a tragédia que é a refeição servida. O chopp (R$ 6,90) estava a um bom preço e veio gelado. E ainda tiveram a ousadia de cobrar 12% pelo serviço. Sei que é opcional, mas só pagamos para ir bem longe daquele lugar o mais rápido possível e não estragar o aniversário da minha sobrinha com uma discussão. Façam um favor a si mesmos e optem pelo NOVO, a um quarteirão, na Avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana. Ou, se quiserem caminhar um pouco mais, o Dante's, os quais são para mim excelentes e estes sim com ótimo custo-benefício. Sobre o atendimento, foi tão genérico e a abordagem tão incisiva que nem isso escapa da avaliação. Falta treinamento e cortesia. Não recomendo de...
