My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. Despite there being 7 waiters for only 4 tables. The waitress in charge of my table showed a lack of patience for not being able to speak in her idiom and forgot to bring one of the drinks I ordered. She didn’t care to give us recommendation of the menu.I ordered salmon and it was dry (tasted like charcoal), and the salad was soaked in excess water, not dressing at all. I expected more attentive and professional service. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve the quality of service and preparation of dishes in the future. Now I return to my country without having tried good...

I used to be a client here. Food and service were impeccable, but it has completely changed now.

Unfortunately, the quality has dropped drastically. The meat was way too salty and overcooked — totally off point (see photo). The service was disorganized and inattentive, with staff acting like they had no idea what was going on. A real disappointment from what used to be one of my favorite places. We had to wait for 1h to eat this meat. My wife is pregnant and had to wait, without any notice on what was happening.

Já foi um dos melhores da região tanto para carnes vermelhas quanto para o próprio galeto. Tudo era muito bem servido e o atendimento muito bom. Já há algum tempo os preços subiram consideravelmente e o tamanho das porções diminuiu (até o tamanho da polenta frita - uma das estrelas da casa - ficou menor. Quase a metade). O atendimento hoje foi péssimo. Minha mãe chamou o garçom várias vezes para fazer o pedido, ele disse que já retornaria. Serviu mesas ao redor, limpou etc e sumiu. Ela voltou a chamá-lo. E nada... Foi então que ela se levantou para pegar o cardápio e fazer o pedido. Ela em pé, o gerente (dono, não sei... Ele sempre está lá. Acho que tem olhos claros e é um pouco calvo) perguntou se ela precisava de ajuda. Ela obviamente disse que ele não precisava se incomodar. Pegou o cardápio e fizemos nosso pedido. Aí que veio o desgaste final. O pão de alho já tinha vindo queimado, e a linguiça bem além do ponto. Eis que chega a picanha. Completamente esturricada, queimada em uns pontos e quase crua por dentro. Nem se o pedido fosse mal passado aquela carne poderia ser servida como estava. A outra desagradável surpresa foi a salada mista com palmito. Por uma diferença de preço razoável, quatro finas fatias de palmito. É uma pena.
