The acai itself is really good here, you can get it without any sugar. We came here a lot last year. This year, the service was beyond horrendous. We tried to pay for our acai and order a coffee and the lady behind the counter had so much trouble charging us correctly. We waited a long time but never received our coffee. When we asked her about it, she said we never paid for it. We were trying to explain to her that we just had a conversation with her for 5 minutes trying to pay for it correctly. The owner then came and wouldn't listen to our explanation at all, and only listening to his employee. When he finally listened to us, that we paid for coffees and did not receive it, all he said was sorry. He did not give our money back nor did we receive any coffee. Not sure if the lady had memory loss or was trying to rip us off and pocket the money. Won't be supporting this...

MELHOR ACAI DA CIDADE

C est le meilleur Acai que j ai mange de toute ma vie. Rien a voir avec ces Acai plein de glace, sans gout, et qui fondent en moins de 10 secondes. Cet Acai est cremeux, onctueux de ouf si bien que je le devore sans sirop ou sucre ajoute. Une banane suffit et son lot de cereales. Sans aucune exageration , les meilleurs acai que j ai manges de toute ma vie. Le ..Ana la proprietaire et son equipe sont des amours.

The best Acai I never ate. Nothing to do with theses Acai full of ice, melting within 10 seconds and tasteless. This Acai is so creamy and tastefull that I eat it with any syrup or sugar. Only Banana and granola.....With absolutely no exageration, the best Acai I ate. Ana the owner and his team are lovely.
