Allergy negligence, partner ended up in hospital. Don’t go if you have any allergies

I told the waitress multiple times that my partner has a very severe shrimp allergy. We then ate what we thought was a veggie gyoza appetizer that she assured was not cooked alongside shrimp.

Minutes pass and my partner starts to get hives. We eventually had to leave straight for the hospital because her throat was closing up.

Our friends who stayed behind later showed us a picture of the bill, showing that we were even charged for the more expensive shrimp gyoza. On top of this, they had forgotten to make my partner’s veggie ramen.

On the way out, I asked them to make it so that my partner would have something to eat after the hospital, even though they would in all likelihood never want to touch food from this place again.

Our friends tried to bring the ramen to-go home, though the packaging was so poor that most of it spilled out anyway.

Food portions: decent, but very few shrimp in the noodle dish, yakisoba, I think only 5 very small pieces. Overpriced for what they provided. The charge an extra 18 real for extra shrimp. Taste of food was good, presentation was average. The mango lassi tasted very bad, way too many cardamom pieces, that you had to either swallow or keep spitting. What irritated me was I asked to take my rice home as we had not touched it and they charged us an undeclared fee for "packing food to go" which was upsetting! I paid for the meal AND paid extra for wanting to eat it later! Either tell your customer you would be charging them ahead of time, or if you didnt and they challenge, at least give them the courtesy of waving it, which...

The food was ok, pretty average. The place looks cute, a bit small for the tables they offer. The service is absolutely terrible. No one pays any attention to you whatsoever, regardless if you're waiting to see a menu, want to order or would like to pay - all service personnel is on their phones, and it felt like they were actively ignoring you. Everything takes forever and after waiting for over an hour (~30 minutes after my partner received her dish), I got something I didn't order, which actually wasn't even on the menu. Then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to prepare the correct dish.
