We went on Dec 2020- they are only serving take away. Employees are nice. Service is very slow with no method. Customer those who asked by phone/internet are mixed with regular customers ordering; we waited almost 30 minutes. You should wait on the walkside, so not appropriate for raining days. Also, no advice about waiting time (frying time?) Service: 1 star We tried 2 types of sandwiches ( Jaca Louca and Mortadela) and 2 types of "coxinha" ("jaca com cajupiry" and "frango vegetal com cajupiry") Coxinhas: Fried and delivered in paper envelopes-but with no identification outside. We have to open see and cut to guess what it is. Not well for the actual days...A typical stamp can solve the problem. Appearance: 3 stars "Frango vegetal.." is tasty and creamy but "jaca com cajupiry" is bland - do not represent a tasty Brazilian coxinha. 2 stars Sandwich our 2 Jaca Louca sandwiches had different quantity of filling...in one of them there was almost nothing of Jaca Louca ( hey manager, pay attention on standards) and both ones with a LOT of RED CABBAGE (with vinegar) not indicated in the menu. Zero star... Mortadela was good . Forget the taste of real Mortadela. 3stars. (Both sandwiches very greasy) Prices are correct but high if you compare with normal "Padocas" where sandwiches are larger. Feedback is a gift, proposal is good with a lot of potential but should pay attention on customer experience and not rely that a vegan offer should mean have to explore customer patience. We were expecting more. Not sure there will be...

We came for breakfast, I waited for my toast forever and it arrived when my friend had already finished for a long time. Nobody apologized or anything. I ordered and paid for no-gluten bread but in the end they told me they didnt have it and nobody propose to refound me (and as I don't speak Portuguese, I couldn't ask) Luckily a really nice customer helped to translate when she saw I was struggling with understanding and I finally got my toast and money back. Food was...
Read moreI am staying close to the store and have gotten food twice, where I have interacted with different staff. I don't agree with the comment about the staff not making an effort to understand you if you don't speak Portuguese. I speak no Portuguese and the two times I have been there the staff has gone above and beyond to helped me with my orders, and very quickly. I love the fact the store makes so many different sweets. I particularly like the donuts! Thank you Padoca Vegan for making great food available for people who care deeply about...
