Restaurante e Leiteria Regina — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

I have been to this restaurant four times already. One time in my past trip to Brazil in years past and three times just recently. I will have to say that their food is quite good. Their food is close to the country you’re on. Their are two ways which to choose from once you eat in the restaurant. You can order from the menu or choose the buffet. I personally had both and both were good. When choosing the buffet, you may want to note that the more food you take in the more they will charge you per weight. Once they deduct how much you need to pay, you will have to use the same ticket for the next time. The same goes for taking more food and dessert. The dessert appeal and choices are pretty good. Every so often you may see flies flying around but close to the salad area but I don’t that will have a bother. On occasions just like everywhere else you may note that some stuff...

Sempre comprei comida com eles, mas de um tempo para cá a qualidade do atendimento vem deixando a desejar. No mês passado, pedi uma marmita e me informaram que a entrega seria feita em 20 minutos. Porém, após 1 hora de espera, nada chegou. Quando liguei para saber, disseram que estavam instalando um sistema novo — e nem sequer avisaram antes.

Hoje aconteceu novamente. Pedi uma marmita e me informaram que o prato do dia era feijoada e bife à rolê. Esperei os 20 minutos prometidos e… nada! Ao ligar para reclamar, disseram que a atendente havia se confundido e que, na verdade, hoje era apenas dia de feijoada. Não ligaram para avisar e ainda alegaram que tentaram me telefonar, mas não conseguiram retorno — sendo que não há nenhuma chamada perdida no meu celular.

É um total descaso...
