Considering the great food we tried 2 times to eat there. Both of them were chaotic with long lines and complains even to wait in order to pay the restaurant. We ended up deciding to take out instead of dining considering the waiting times. They are very price, with poor service and dirty bathrooms. Some of the waitress need to cut the line of the cashier to put orders in the system and have tables served, we were all the time in front of the cashier who took our order and both times they just received the order ready and left the box in a corner without give us... reason to never return. Our food in the second time got cold and we just received after my complaint for almost 1 h of wait. U also could see several tables with empty dirty dishes from previous customers without be cleaned since before we arrived not be used to accomodated the customers waiting to have a dinner. Also, tables for big groups with only 2 people dining. They clear have very poor organization and that kills the experience. They need more employees or electronic system to order in order to free time for the current servers be able to manage the high demand. Unfortunately now on we will opt for other locations with better service and prices, the quality of their good not worth...

Es war die Schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich jemals in einem arabischen Restaurant gemacht habe. Dass die Kibbeh-Füllung nicht wirklich gut gewürzt war, egal. Dass die Pizza nicht wie eine Lahmacun war, egal. Als ich aber nach Falafel fragte und niemand kannte es, war das komisch. Ein höherer Angestellter kam dann als dritte Person zu uns. Als ich es dann erklärte und ich arabisches Brot bestellte, etwas Hummus und 2 Stück von den sogenannten Falafel, dachte ich, jetzt wird alles gut. Was dann kam, war alles andere als gut. Das ist kein Falafel, das ist einfach ungenießbar. Das war auch nicht vegetarisch, es scheint Fleischmasse untergearbeitet zu sein. Das Brot war süss und der Hummus total versalzen. Ich habe gekostet und konnte es nicht essen. Nachdem dann der vierte Kellner nur noch schweigend die Rechnung brachte, durften wir sie vollständig bei einer Kaugummikauenden Dame bezahlen. Dieses Restaurant verdient den Namen nicht und sollte sich nicht mehr arabisch nennen. Das hat mit arabischer Esskultur nichts zu tun!!!

Foi a pior experiência que já tive em um restaurante árabe. Não importa que o recheio do quibe não estivesse bem temperado. Não importa que a pizza não fosse como um lahmacun. Mas quando perguntei sobre falafel e ninguém sabia, foi estranho. Um funcionário sênior veio até nós como uma terceira pessoa. Quando expliquei e pedi pão árabe, alguns homus e 2 pedaços do chamado falafel, pensei, agora vai ficar tudo bem. O que veio a seguir foi tudo menos bom. Isto não é falafel, é simplesmente intragável. Também não era vegetariano, parece ter um pouco de carne. O pão era doce e o homus totalmente salgado. Eu provei e não consegui comer. Depois que o quarto garçom trouxe a conta em silêncio, pudemos pagá-la integralmente a uma senhora que mascava chiclete. Este restaurante não merece esse nome e não deveria mais se chamar árabe. Isso não tem nada a ver com a cultura...

Reqlly terrible, slow service! Leave two hours earlier if you want to eat within a decent time.

We waited for about 20 minutes to be seated (which was fine. It was a Sunday so the restaurant was busy). But then once seated, we waited another 20 minutes for a waiter to take our order (we had to ask them to take the order when he was passing by, and he looked like we were causing him an inconvenience).
