A atendente parecia estar muito infeliz com a função dela no estabelecimento, sem cortesia e educação ela já iniciou o atendimento dizendo que a padaria estava fechando e que deveríamos fazer o pedido rápido e que não teria batata como acompanhamento, como não fui ao estabelecimento para comer batata frita aceitei a condição e fiz um pedido para viagem. Enquanto aguardávamos o pedido funcionários estavam discutindo na cozinha e parecendo que acontecia algum tipo de problema no lugar que fez minha esposa, que não é brasileira questionar se local estava havendo uma briga entre funcionários.

Quando o pedido ficou pronto, no alimento não estava preparado para viagem e estava no balcão em prato e quando a atendente veio a começar a discutir com outra atendente pelo erro.

Muito triste pagar quase $50 por um hambúrguer, sem batata, sem graça e com funcionários com uma atitude miserável em questão de atendimento ao cliente. Pode perceber que atendente não era só rude conosco, mas também com clientes idosos que estava no local procurando atendimento.

While we were waiting for the request, employees were arguing in the kitchen and it seemed that there was some kind of problem in the place that made my wife, who is not Brazilian, question if there was a fight between employees.

When the order was ready, in the food it was not prepared to go and it was on the counter on the plate and when the attendant came to start arguing with another attendant about the mistake.

Very sad to pay almost $50 for a hamburger, without fries, without any other options and with employees with a miserable attitude in terms of customer service.

Já pedimos nessa padaria a mais de 4 anos, então sabemos como eram e como são alguns pratos e produtos q pedimos costumeiramente, portanto, sábado dia 22 Agosto 2024 PELA MANHÃ AS 9H pedimos dois sanduiches duplos e vieram 2 sanduiches normais, porém o valor do normal p o duplo é quase o dobro do valor, já n foi a 1° vez q isso aconteceu e dessa vez quando ligamos p reclamar o nosso direito a atendente ainda ficou forçando a barra, insistiu q a diferença é QUASE IMPERCEPTÍVEL e que foi entregue o correto, MAS NÃO FOI, ainda tivemos q insistir que JÁ CONHECEMOS os produtos e porisso estavamos insatifeitos para q a atendente acreditasse e aceitasse a reclamação, a atendente disse q o novo pedido demoraria um pouco e que AINDA RPECISARIAMOS DEVOLVER o produto q foi entregue fora do padrão, MORAL DA HISTÓRIA, VC PAGA CARO POR UM SIMPLES SANDUICHE DE PÃO C OVO, PRESUNTO E QUEIJO p tomar café da manhã, mas passa estresse e tem FICAR COM FOME POR QUE TEM Q ESPERAR P CORRIGIR O ERRO DO ESTABELECIMENTO, isso foi ridículo e totalmente anti-profissional, O ZELO pelo cliente foi ZERO, e por conta disso iremos parar de consumir produtos desse estabelecimento.
