Some staff were helpful, but most were impatient. There was little explanation of the system for a foreigner, even though both I and the waiter had Google Translate open on our phones. Having read the reviews, I expected -- and got -- lots of meat. However everything I received was very tough (even the pink, rare cuts were tough). Then at some point, I got a tender cut that I liked, and went to the buffet to get some salad to go with it, but returned to find my plate had been cleared in my very short absence. So that was that. The salad bar was very average. I enjoyed their caipirinha, which was rather strong! Then they unnecessarily brought a second one that I hadn't ordered, but agreed to take it back. The charges are 159 Real for buffet dinner plus one caipirinha -- considerably higher than the previous reviews indicated. I came here to grab dinner and it was a great choice. The all you can eat steak is amazing, I personally just like the picanha but there were some others that were delicious as well. The filet mignon was seasoned in butter and other stuff so it wasnt my favorite.

The salad bar had pork, sea bass and other options as well. I got th sea bass and thought it was delicious. I saw the waiter walk around with some sausage I think but he didn't come to my table. Fomos com um grupo da CVC, pela Pianeta Turismo durante um City Tour pelo Rio de Janeiro. Nos disseram que o valor do rodízio para este grupo seria de R$ 69,90 por pessoa, ao invés de R$ 99,90. O que ninguém nos contou era que o atendimento também era prestado de acordo com o quanto se pagava. Tínhamos ao todo, uma hora para o almoço, no qual nos primeiros 20 minutos fomos servidos de forma bem escassa, inclusive, e depois desses 20 minutos, claramente, os garçons não passavam mais na nossa mesa. Em dado momento pedi pra trocar o meu prato por outro prato limpo. O garçom levou o meu prato, e nunca mais trouxe outro. Acabei até perdendo o apetite. Meu avô solicitou ao garçom uma bebida, que também não foi trazida. Além de, o tempo todo demonstrarem interesse em retirar nossos pratos da mesa. Minha tia, inclusive, disse que ainda não estava satisfeita, e ainda assim, o garçom retirou o prato dela. Uma situação absolutamente constrangedora. Por fim, quando a conta chegou, questionei sobre os incríveis 12% de taxa de serviço, perguntando se aquela cobrança era legal (pois em São Paulo estamos acostumados a pagar 10%), o garçom com grande rispidez respondeu que eu pagasse o que eu achava que o atendimento merecia (com estas palavras). Por fim, optei então por pagar somente o consumido (sem a taxa de serviço). O garçom simplesmente virou as costas, com a maquininha na mão, e foi cobrar outra mesa, nos fazendo esperar mais ainda. Por fim, a guia que estava nos acompanhando no city teve que vir com outra maquininha para passar o nosso cartão para que o nosso passeio não fosse mais prejudicado com atrasos. Péssimo. Não recomendo, e não voltarei na próxima vez que retornar ao RJ. Experiência desagradabilíssima. Poderiam ter a melhor gastronomia do mundo, que com este tipo de atendimento, não conquistam...
