Beware of similar copycat noodle restaurants nearby. This restaurant is to the left of Bayon Bakery when you stand facing the bakery’s entrance. The other two similar restaurants are to the right of the bakery, both are just newly opened (or put up a new sign) last year. Some of the photos posted by other reviewers belong to the wrong restaurant.

Please pay attention to the interior of the restaurant to make sure you haven’t gone to the wrong place. This restaurant uses sturdy chairs instead of foldable plastic chairs.

A Khmer friend introduced me to this restaurant, because it’s has a long standing tradition of great hand pulled noodles. I have tried David’s Noodle Restaurant but decided that this place makes the better noodles.

This isn’t a fancy restaurant, but they have excellent hand-pulled noodles made from fresh dough (unlike the kitchens that use instant noodles or dried fried noodles). Just for the labor put into the noodle-making (they bang the dough on the counter really hard!), the food is worth the price. I ordered their pan fried green vegetables (蒜蓉空心菜)and it’s...

I had an overall nice experience at Chinese Noodle Restaurant. The food was very good—full of flavor and beautifully crafted. The Chinese noodles were enhanced by a hint of cabbage pickle, adding a unique taste that felt both authentic and refreshing. Paired with sweet and sour soy sauce, Chinese chili paste, and the fried dumplings, every bite was absolutely amazing. This would be a perfect choice for a hangover cure or a late-night soup.

The atmosphere gives off classic Chinese restaurant vibes, filled with both Chinese and locals, creating a lively yet comfortable environment. While the service was decent, it did slow down during peak times, but the wait was still manageable.

One downside is the parking situation; finding a spot for both motos and cars can be quite challenging since it's located on a busy main boulevard. Sometimes you may not be able to park on their premises, which can be inconvenient.

Overall, I would rate Chinese Noodle Restaurant a solid 7.5/10. It's definitely worth a visit for the fantastic food, just be prepared for potential parking...

There are actually 2 to 3 restaurants surrounding the Bayon Bakery that ho by this name, and they are all great!

The food here is excellent. Daily, handmade noodles and dumplings with delicious meats, sauces and extras. I usually order the fried dumplings, a large beef noodle soup and a Tsingtao beer.

The restaurant is crowded and you will most likely be making new friends is your party is 1 to 2 people. Also you’ll need to have your order down quickly as it is hard to waive down one of the waitresses who are constantly scurrying about. If you are claustrophobic, you should get an order “to go.” Don’t worry, the portions are bigger! More tasty broth.

I give 5 stars because I know this place is busy but feel as though the food is worth it. Extremely delicious with tons of flavor and a moderate price keeps me coming...

If you're on the hunt for some truly authentic noodles in Phnom Penh, មីទាញ is a spot you should not miss. The noodles here are notably fresh and served piping hot in a flavorful beef soup. While the beef was a bit chewy, it didn't detract from the overall deliciousness of the meal. The fried pork dumplings were another highlight—perfectly seasoned and satisfyingly crispy. However, the vegetable dumplings could use less cabbage to better balance the flavors. Watching the chef masterfully prepare the noodles right before your eyes adds a fascinating touch to the dining experience. Overall, មីទាញ offers a lovely glimpse into local culinary traditions, making it a worthwhile stop for any noodle enthusiast visiting the city.
