Japanese BBQ ROKKO — Restaurant in Khan Boeng Keng Kang

Got ripped off my money here, brought my family here with baby 4months old. ordered BBQ, stove was over filled with charcoal and 3 pieces meat enough to set the stove on fire and meat gets burnt easily. Told the staff but they say it's ok. Can't really BBQ because all the meat we put is on fire. So I ask to change to suki soup. They say I add money to able to have suki soup and I agreed. Gas stove came, they turn it on and walk away and I realise the gas bottle itself is on fire. We were all shock and afraid ran to hide behind the other chairs with our baby. My wife was trembling and said luckily I realised it before it exploded in front of our face. We decided to leave without starting to eat but the staff said they have to charge full price from all of us. We said we haven't started to eat, the BBQ meat was on a plate all burnt off and nothing was put into the suki soup pot. I'm willing to pay half the price and come back another day. But they say NO... I have to pay full price even if I have not started eating. In the end I have to pay 80usd with nothing into our mouth yet. Not even a drop of water.
