DO FORNI — Restaurant in Khan Chamkar Mon

I spent days looking for the perfect place to take someone special, and this place definitely stood out from the rest!

Even riding up to the hotel entrance is enjoyable. On the way to the restaurant, there are works of art, pictures, light music, etc.

The restaurant itself is relaxing, intimate, romantic, very mellow atmosphere... that's what did it for me.

The staff is awesome and the Chief is cool. Welcome drinks and bread provided.

Complimentary water would make it better, water purifier tanks don't cost that much and it would show customers that you care more.

The pasta I ate wasn't to my liking (a bit bland), but chief explained how italians like to eat pasta and I understood. Portion size is a bit meh for the price on some dishes. I guess we are paying for the craft and quality? Overall, not bad.

I'll give it a 4.5 star rating since I did have a perfect time there. Definitely will be back. The chief really does do a great job, so try the food for yourself...

What an experience yet again!! Third time coming because of the exquisite food experience! I had the 3course lunch with the prawns, porc cheek ravioli, and chocolate mousse which was out of this world delicious! The chocolate mousse blew me away! A quenel of vanilla ice cream, with crumbs of almonds biscotti was just wow, and the chocolate mousse bar covered with hard dark chocolate, dolce de leche cream and rich chocolate mousse was worth the meal itself! The pork cheek ravioli had a nice creamy sauce, and the tenderness of the meat was worth the try! We recently celebrated my wife's birthday at the Do Forni, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and special. The atmosphere was elegant, and the food was absolutely delicious. To top it off, they surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake, which was a wonderful touch.
