I had a great experience dining at Ringer Hut in AEON Mall Phnom Penh. The restaurant has a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly, and the portions were generous for the price. Their dishes are flavorful and well-prepared, especially the noodles, which are fresh and satisfying. happened to walk past it yesterday when i saw a rat the size of a human thigh run right through the front of ringer hut and straight into the kitchen, i know the staff saw it but none of them seemed to do anything about the big rat being in the kitchen??? absolutely horrified will never...

The soup is good, the menu has several different things, all based mostly on noodle/rice dishes. The service is a bit slow and not very attentive. The prices seems reasonable at first but then we got the surprise that tax are added at checkout, which is unexpected for being...

スマホ決済できますかと聞くと無理と言われました。でもスマホ決済の機械が2台もありました。現金の返金と、スマホ決済を希望するとずっとできないと言われて大変でした。 総括責任者の方がたまたまイオンにいらっしゃってお話を伺うと、一台は端末が無理だったとの事。別の一台で試してみるとタッチ決済出来ました。10ドルを返金していただきました。 シェムリアップまでの道のりで、ドルが必要なので無理を言いましたが。ちなみに、イオンモールミエンチェイ店では昨日同じリンガーハットですタッチ決済出来ました。店によって端末が何種類かあるようです。ただ、これまでベトナムとの国境沿いのカンボジアのスーパー店舗2店と、プノンペンのスタバとホテルのバーでは問題なくタッチ決済出来ていました。 この後、Smileというコンビニで、同じ端末でタッチ決済出来ましたので動画を追加しました。総括責任の方は日本とは違って海外での先を読めない状況に日々困惑されていらっしゃるようで、責めるつもりはありません。休日にも関わらず現場の店に駆けつけて下さり感謝しています。 最後ですが、誤解があったようなので、状況を時系列で述べさせて頂きます。 スマホ決済をお願いすると、スタッフさんが出来ないと述べられ、仕方なく現金で支払いました、会計を済ませて、しばらくモール内を歩き、たまたまリンガーハットさんの前を横切る際に、スマホ決済の端末を目にしました。 そこで、スマホ決済はできないも言われたが、端末があるからできますよね？と確認しました。 そこでスタッフさんとの話が始まり、総括責任者の方が来店するということになりました。 クレジット払いができなかったから現金で支払った後に、返金を求めたというような話になっていましたが、事実と全くちがいっていました。クメール語でのスタッフの話なので食い違いのは仕方がありません、問題が解決してよかったです、休日にも関わらず現場に来てくださった総括責任の方に感謝しています。

Everything on the menu is good and it’s always crowded with customers. However, the food doesn’t go over 10 minutes & the taste is very consistent. Both Champon & Ramen has their own unique flavor, the broth is so savory that I finish the bowl each time I visit 😋
