Horrible service. Even though we had reservations, upon arrival, we stood for a while until we got tired and called a waiter to seat us, there were empty chairs in the dinning area and other people sitting in the waiting room for god knows how long. While being seated a waiter finaly showed and we order appetizers. Maybe 30min later the first appy showed, then 15min later the second one showed and was super salty, then 15min later the last ones showed up, so we ordered the main course as an hour already passed. During this time no waiters showed up unless to deliver our food. A group of people sat after we put in our main order, and then roughly an hour goes by no sign of waiters, no sign of food, no sign of hope. There was an accident of spilt water on the floor in this time and absolutely no one came to even notice. The group of people left as they have been starving for almost an hour, and another table got up to pay and leave as well, still no sign of any waiters to take the payments. As of now the entire jug of water has dried. Everyone is trying call any type of employee to take their payment so they can leave this place. I swear the passport agency moves faster than Spice Kitchen. I don’t even know what the atmosphere was, there were formal wear customers and people that show up in hoodies and flip flops, and it was oddly dark and bright. What a horrible Mother’s Day experience.

If I could give Zero stars I would, I've dined in before & the food was good then but take out? Complete trash. Not only did they make us wait an extra 20mins after quoting us a 40min wait by the time we got home the food was the biggest disappointment ever. We ordered the meat platter & that was the biggest disappointment not only did it taste COMPLETELY bland but it looked like they just threw it in together no care on any presentation. When I tell you we could not tell what was what when we first opened it, I called & complained because this was not good what's so ever. I only got a refund on this after spending a good 5mins explaining this is not how you give someone something. 10/10 would not recommend. Also when we had the butter chicken we found a bone so honestly I'm done with this place.

Horrible! Avoid this place. We ordered two lamb biriyani’s and one chicken biriyani. What we got is plain rice with some meat in it. It was just so plain, no spice, no flavour. Never had anything like this. I asked the waitress if it’s always like this biriyani cooked without a bit of gravy. She has no customer service skills at all. We had to wait 45 mins or even longer only to get served something like this. We only had two bites and decided to leave. She never cared to ask if everything’s okay. I had to go up to her ask about it. Didn’t even hear a “sorry you didn’t like it”. This can’t be called a biriyani. It’s just plain rice with some masala powder on top and meat.

We went to this little Indian Restaurant and where glad we did. Food was delicious the samosa was incredible and my Lamb vindaloo was so good everybody loved there food as well. I have to say that one of the waiters was a little bit like a robot but totally fun.

Delicious food, they were low on staff but they let you know from the begging and they bring the food with the cute robot haha. There's a nice wall of water in the middle, super relaxing eating there :)
