Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Abbotsford

Today was a Great Evening / Nght at Tim's. Noticed two girls working , Polite, Courteous , Positive response. I had a medium cup of Coffee and the cashier suggested Fruit explosion 💥, Chocolate Chip and Lemon Poppy seed which sounded appealing and I got the Poppy seed muffin warmed up just right with Butter. Gotta Love your life and eat Butter. I kept thinking 🤔 is this the same Tim's that I usually come in the Morning and the staff don't even have time to ask you if you have your Tim's app to scan. Other day I spent $21.00 at South Fraser Tim's and didn't even get my card scanned , I mentioned to the order taker and she said Sorry , it's already paid for and late. Even though there was no body behind me it was still a Mad rush to get you out of the Drive through. It did take a little bit, as I noticed a young homeless Lady sitting by the Tim's ordering station. I ended up buying her a full meal and me and my partner had our Favorite Steak, Egg biscuit sandwich with Coffee. Anyways I was quite happy with tonight's service at Tim's and would rather come back in the Evening then have my Morning ruined by Morning crew. Oh by the way yesterday morning , I didn't get any napkins and luckily I checked my bag b4 leaving and noticed 1 butter only. Now I ain't Butter Crazy 🤣 its just I use Cashew butter at home and Real Butter...

Om gosh. I went in, so I could see what kind of donuts and bagels they had. I ordered a large decaf double double, two whole grain bagels (fresh), a Classic BELT, and a 10 pack of Tim bits, asking for only glazed and jelly filled Tim bits. She asked if old fashioned glazed and sour cream glazed were good and I said yes absolutely. Gal reviewed rest of my order with me. Got my coffee, stood around, someone asked me if I was served - told them I was waiting for my order and told them what it was. Got handed my Tim Bits. Stood around, and eventually asked about rest of my order. They sent me down to the other end of the counter where there was a BLT waiting - nope not mine, I ordered a BELT, so they made me a rushed BELT, then I asked about my whole grain fresh bagels and eventually was handed a bag. Got home and ...the coffee didn't seem to have any sweetener, wasn't marked as decaf, and doesn't taste like a decaf (I can't do caffeine), got two PLAIN bagels (sigh), and the sandwich tasted weird and cold. Oh well let's have the donuts - included in my timbits were 3 old fashioned PLAIN (what? ugh I hate those SO much and specifically ordered just GLAZED and FILLED), only 2 jelly filled (when I clearly saw they had a tray full of them), and the rest were glazed (yay?). I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent experiences at your location.

This afternoon, I ordered a Veggie Habanero wrap through the drive-thru. After waiting for about five minutes, I received my order and headed back to work. However, to my dismay, I discovered that I had been given a Chicken wrap instead. As a vegetarian with a sensitivity to meat, this mistake was particularly troubling, and unfortunately, it meant that my lunch was ruined as I could not eat it.

This is not the first time I have encountered issues at this location. Just yesterday, I visited to pick up some donuts and noticed flies all over the place. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, the response was simply an acknowledgment of the issue, without any visible attempt to address it.

I have been a loyal customer, but these recent incidents have left me quite disappointed. I hope that you can address these...
