Selection Staff. Price. What a find! Excellent meat selection, Montreal smoked like the best Jewish delis I know so well. Butcher quality. Huge selection of vegetables, baking and condiments.

All this is laudable but it was the staff who made this a great place to shop. On Saturday, there were 3 under 25 y/o staffers on to serve us.

Young man at the butcher’s case, knew his stuff and very carefully wrapped-this says a lot. He was professional and polite. The young woman helped me to source the best cut of beef for a stroganoff . She was right on with her suggestion. BTW the chuck was tender and not fatty. Made for a juicy dish. Finally the young woman at the cash register was spun us through checkout quickly and efficiently. Bonus: Prices were reasonable given the high quality goods.

I went to this market grocery store since I was in the neighbourhood. Turns out this place had just opened this year when I inquired about it. Seasons market is a very interesting store with plenty of organic foods, including grass-fed meat, unique coffee beans and even ceramic dishware at the front. There is also a café in the back of the building that serves coffee concoctions and baked goods. The service from the staff was pleasant too.

A lot of other produce places were not open on Sunday, so we (had) to try this one. Fairly extensive selection of fruits and vegetables with some organic items (could carry more organic though). Also wished it carried more local product rather than US/Mexico. Also has a wide selection of other nice grocery items. We bought a beef sirloin cap (picanha), and it turned out excellent on...
