Wendy's — Restaurant in Abbotsford

I placed a mobile order, after waiting about 10 minutes for my order then bag finally came out. Only to find out that the chicken was cold, so I sent it back. About another 5 minutes go by and the manager bring the bags out this time. I asked her hang on so I can inspect the bag, as I wanted to make sure everything was hot this time. While doing so she began to give me lip complaining she has a long line. I told her I don't care I have a right to check my order as the last one was cold. Of course she denies the food was ever cold. Then she insults me calling me a horrible customer. I told her its time you invested in a thermometer. After returning home I inspected the food more closely only to learn that the chicken nuggets were not redone, they just put them back in the deep fryer to heat them up. They were soo greasy and dried out. It was discussing we had to throw them out. To make matters worse I touched the chicken that they put back in the deep fryer, and yes I know its hot enough to kill anything but come on that is gross. I understand we are only human, and we all make mistakes, but why, why, do people always want to argue and refuse to admit something is wrong. Just expect it and move on,...

I ordered a Double Baconator with a large fries and a large Coke, had to repeat it because she said medium for the fries and for the Coke and the second time she repeated back correctly, also ordered a poutine on the side. The order I received ended up being a Dave's single and a medium fries but the drink was right, also the poutine and the rest of the food was already cold. I feel the staff even from oast visits aren't always paying attention and are spending too much time running around distracted and also spending too much time talking, they need to just slow down and double check the order they are giving to the customer especially when it is a drive thru customer.
