Seems 98% of the time when I order breakfast specifically from this location. If it’s delivery, or drive thru, paying regular price or on the occasion using a coupon, they manage to mess up my order. Today my eggs were runny when I said over medium, I didn’t get a hash brown my toast was burnt almost black on one side and soft on the other, and to top it off no sugar in my coffee! The last time I ordered my coffee was missing and they gave us the incorrect breakfast sandwich. The coffee missing could have been the skip driver, or they just didn’t pack it. That one I can over look, but when you leave your home to go and get breakfast from the restaurant, you expect great service. I cannot be the only person who has experienced this. I am polite when I order, I even said to the lady at the window I will order better next time, thinking I did the wrong thing as she believed I ordered an All Canadian breakfast and wanted to charge me for full price when I had a coupon for a different breakfast. Read moreI always try every business three times before I come up with my opinion. A customer's complaint should always be taken seriously. A response shouldn't be.. nobody else complained about it. A respectful approach for the customer should always be expected. The inconsistency of meal preparation at this location is apparent. Under cooked hash brown, burnt toast beside untoasted bread, sour tasting cream in coffee. A&W is one of my favorite breakfast stops, which I can only afford once or twice a month, so it is crucial for me to enjoy a well prepared meal. All my concerns are developed over the three visits for a complete and honest review. And every time I order anywhere, I voice my order clearly. I also understand that being within the top ten percent of expert reviewers may have an impact on traffic associated with my opinion. The price point set is the best thing going for A&W unless you order separate/extra items from your combo. My order came to $52 and I bought 2 kids meals, 5oz Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger combo, a Mozza burger combo and a couple of turnovers. I did not check my order until I got home but this what I received. 3 teen burger combos, and the Mozza Burger combo. Also you will notice the time and date stamp on the bag for the chocolate turnover which expired at 3:09pm. 2 hours before I even ordered! Again, I didn’t notice this until I got home. I usually check my preferred as I understand mistakes are made. I am disappointed because not only was the order was wrong, but my receipt was not in the bag for me to check to see what I was charged for, the turnover was past it’s before use date and they gave us 1 napkin for the entire order!
