Poor service, I don't blame the young girls taking orders from customers, I blame the kitchen but most importantly the managers for doing such a poor job training and not having enough experienced staff to make things run smoothly. I was there at dinner time on 03/27/19 and all the customers were complaining. I would like a full refund because of our experience. So along with the service, Our food was cold and we had to send it back and wait even longer. The poor young girls at the front counter were running around pulling there hair out trying to help customers. If it would have be me, I would have quit on the spot just for the fact of no support from management. The assistant manger came out and "tried to apologize" and couldn't even do that properly and never even offered us coupons or a refund. It was the worst service I have seen in a long time. She was without a doubt the friendliest most engaging employee at an A&W I've ever had and should honestly be teaching all your staff here and at restaurant locations all over Canada just how to treat the customer.
I've never felt more at ease, my patronage wanted or happy to see someone so full of positivity. Her manners on the drive thru telecom were like a breath of fresh air. Hell I even tipped her my change $4 something simply for being herself.
I'll say it again Miranda saved my experience at your store because lord knows the food was slower and the onion rings barely room temperature.

However the drive-thru is something to be desired. The drive-thru lady I think her name is Rosa has some major attitude issues. I hope she gets help and is in care for whatever she's going through at home. I've never had a positive experience with this lady even when I go out of my way to be extra nice to her.
