Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Airdrie

This place is amazing. It is so sad that more and more people are ordering and stay home when this place offer an amazing home. Our favorite is the dinning room, very clean, real china and cuttlery. The staff is paying attention to you. I am from europe and i feel like home. People get out of your house, your are not attach of your stove any way, so then just come here you will not regret. I love they have NO MUSIC of this generation or other, where they speak bad words and nonsense sentences with no life. Washroom so clean. Wow. This is my place, i came here very often. Pizza is as delicious as italy, and is all sizes for all stomachs. Everyone, come and live and enjoy in the reality of a fresh life , bring joy. And even you can take a challenge, walk to here is gorgeous and then enjoy a restaurant of 5 stars experience , without losing your paycheck and arm and a leg, and is cozy, and quiet. And i come here with all my kids, of all ages including youngest. Homeschoolers or mothers who need to teach their kids etiquette and table manners, come in this home, and is perfect place to teach all ages, socialize, table manners, etiquette. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an order online for Wednesday Halloween night. I realize this may be a busier than normal night but After an hour and no pizza I tried to call the store I couldn’t find the phone number to the store directly so I had to call the 310-1010 number where I was on hold for more than 30 mins only to be told I had to call the store directly for online orders. They transferred me and then I was told nearly two hours after I placed my order that they ran out of dough and couldn’t make any more pizza deliveries. Airdrie is not a big city and apparently there were so many orders that two hours wasn’t enough time to call me to tell me that they couldn’t fill my order. What did I get for my Trouble over a half an hour on the hold and two hours with no pizza? Sorry I didn’t get to you on the list yet. We were calling the people in front of you. I realize mistakes happen but this is horrendous service. My last two experiences with Pizza Hut have been more than disappointing and I don’t think they will get a third. Take your business...

Got 3 pizzas on Saturday night and all three were so burned they were inedible. Called the store directly and was told we could either have them redone and sent or we could get a credit. Considering it took over an hour and a half to get them we decided a credit would suffice. Fast forward to Tuesday night and we decide to use the credit but when we called the store a very rude guy told us there was never an order to our house (we have the email receipt and paper receipt) and that we are not getting anything. This store is as bad as it gets folks, I like pizza hut now and then but not enough to deal with this kind of thing - steer clear of this place.(this was 3 months ago) Update - we ordered again (dumb) 4 pizzas and some chicken bites, only the chicken showed up 2 hours later, manager said she would remake all the pizzas they showed up burnt and obviously reheated. Enough's enough...
