If i could give zero stars i would. We walked in waited for 10 mins for someone to show up. Did not understand english. We made a gluten free request. Did not understand, calling his buddy buddy what to do and tells us he couldnt clean the grill because it would take too long. Fine give me the turkey cold. We asked for lettuce he goes to the back brings out mushrooms and spinach. We are severely sensitive to mushrooms and he did not want to redo it. Asked to take the muchrooms off. If I could give this place zero stars, or negative stars, I would. They consistently mess up orders, both in-house and through delivery. I’ve never once received a pita made the way I asked for, and the last time I ordered, not only was the pita completely wrong, but the $5 drink I paid for was missing entirely. This place is a disorganized mess. They clearly don’t care about accuracy, customer service, or delivering what people actually pay for. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. Food is palatable, but they never have all the ingredients, and they don't tell you when you order that they don't have all the ingredients (ie: Romaine, ceasar dressing, parmesan, crouton etc.). Furthermore I ordered a Chicken Ceasar wrap and my chicken was made alongside a Buffalo Chicken therefore my Chicken Ceasar was cooked in Buffalo hot sauce 😡 Staffing is always an issue at peak times, one person taking orders, answering phones and preparing orders, long wait times on lunch hour.
