Subway — Restaurant in Airdrie

We just stopped in here. Went in and there was only one other customer who was already done eating. We went up and she asked wheat we wanted. We said which sandwich. She then pulled out three racks of uncooked bread and put them on the staging area and started applying cheese to them. We were thinking: ok....guess we can wait. Then she asked what bread we wanted. We said the herb and cheese. She then pulled out MORE racks of uncooked bread and started prepping them too. While we just stood there. Absolutely no "hey do you mind if I do this first?" Or even acknowledgement that's she's ignoring us. She was super rude and dissmissave. She wasn't even working quickly to try and get it done fast so she could help us or anything. After a while we got so annoyed we just walked out and went to the Subway across the highway. We won't be back here.

Stopped going here for a while due to the young guys not being very personable or friendly and the buns always appearing to be old; however went back a few days ago since it was a quick visit and i was on a short break (didn't have time to go to the other Subway) and found the one on East Lake to be renovated with new staff. The renos make it look much more open and bright, and the temperature inside was perfect. Akash was the gentleman that helped me and he greeted me right away even though he had a customer and was very friendly. I just went back again today for lunch, and again was greeted right away and again i had Akash and he made small talk and genuinely seemed happy to be there and happy to make me some lunch. This is now my new Subway location....

We live outside of the city in a smaller town, we ordered food for 845, 15 minutes before they close. We get into Airdrie around 830 and found our orders canceled and void. My brothers order was still ready so we had to go collect it. The workers are outside in their car with his order. He informed us they close at 8 because of how slow it gets and say they informed their manager of changing the time. I'm suspecting that the workers are trying to get out of their shifts earlier as the location doesn't get much buisness. Regardless it's so frustrating to have ordered food, drive an hour to find it canceled and wait for a refund 🙄 please get your shit in order before someone else experiences this frustrating...
