We are regulars at this Boston Pizza. We come about twice a week, but 3 times this week. (Regular enough for the supervisor to say he recognizes us) We were throughly not impressed by the experience we had tonight. When we arrive we asked for a booth as it is easier for us, and were told there were no booths available, even though we could see at least 3 that were empty and clean. We were sat at a small table. Once we were sat, 2 other groups were sat at the booths we were told were ‘not available’. We sat there for over 10 minutes before anyone came over to serve us. Many servers walk by, looked at us, but no service until who I presume to be the manger (as she wasn’t wearing what the servers were wearing) came over to ask our drink orders and food order. We didn’t have a server the entire. we were taken care of by 3 different people, who I believe 2 were managers, and 1 a supervisor. Our food came out quick, but it was mediocre at best. Undercooked spinach and fishy shrimp in one pasta dish, and overcooked mushy pasta in the other dish. Waited another 8-10 mins for someone to check on us so we could get another drink, to the point where I had to flag down a manager to get new drinks. We then decided we were just going to get the bill and leave as the service was very subpar and we were not enjoying ourselves. We asked for the bill and waited, the manager never came back with our bill. The supervisor walked by and asked us if we wanted the bill, and we said yes… we’ve been waiting for it. We got our bill eventually and left. we really love this location as it is close to us, but to be honest, they need to step up their game.
(Other thing to note) There was a giant party with at least 50 people taking up 70% of the dinning room. People were standing up, walking around, kids running around and making it an unpleasant experience for those not in the party. They had at least 3 booths being taken up by nothing up a party banner and birthday gifts, no people in the seats. I understand that Boston pizza does ‘parties’ but at what cost to other guests trying to...
Read moreMy husband and I visited this location on May 30, 2025 around 7pm. We got sat by Sameera, who said she would be serving us, then didn't see her the rest of the night except to ask us if everything was okay. We sat, then 15mins later, a blonde woman, assumingely the manager, came to ask us if we'd been taken care of. We had not, and she grabbed us drinks and took our order. The food came some time later, again not from our waitress, but the blonde woman, and another waitress named Lauren. The food tasted okay, but was hard to eat since they changed the recipe for the spinach and artichoke dip, and no one informed me that the dip was now extremely hot, never was previously at any location I'd been to, and I burned the entire roof of my mouth and have been in quite some pain since then. To top it all off, which I did not know until after the fact since I did not pay, my husband did, that even though we did not feel that the waitress who did nothing deserved a tip, there was no option not to tip when paying. He said there was only the minimum option of 15% on a ~$100 bill. This was unacceptable to me and had I known, I would have called the manager over. I've worked in customer service 11+ years including managing a store for a very well known multibillion dollar company, and I know very well what kind of service deserves a tip or not. No acknowledgment of the horrible service, but instead a waitress willing to take a tip she did nothing deserving of. We will definitely...
Read moreWorst Boston Pizza location by far. If you want to ruin your day, speak to the assistant manager Hanna who seems to pride herself in her condescending behavior with customers.
We had a mix up with our order, it was all ok. I believe that you have to be patient when the location and staff is busy but when we brought it up to Hanna she started making us feel like it was all our fault. She barely seemed like she wanted to correct the order. We waited at least 45-50 mins for our order to be corrected to arrive again. We were still very patient throughout this interaction. The servers did not even check up once after this mix up to see if everything was OK. Overall horrible experience for a bunch of customers who were very patient. In the end, we obviously did not tip which led to an even worst attitude from the staff on our departure from the store.
We ordered some take out where they were missing items. When I called the store, sure enough I get Hanna on the phone. I spoke to her about the missing items on my order and the entire experience. She started justifying the missing items telling me that this is the way it is supposed to be. Now this was not my first time ordering from Boston Pizza but I didn't find it useful to argue with her. Instead I'm sharing my experience with everyone here.
