I can't even begin to express the sheer disappointment my friends and I endured at Cloud Nine Bar & Grill on April 13, 2024. The experience was a catastrophic blend of incompetence, negligence, and outright disrespect. Firstly, the service was atrocious. It was slow, disorganized, and the staff seemed utterly ignorant of basic customer needs. We waited for ages for our orders to be taken, and even longer for them to arrive. We ordered pints and pounds of wings, a simple enough request, but even that was messed up. Two of our party asked for ranch sauce, which our waitress failed to provide. We had to approach another staff member to finally get it, but the ordeal didn't end there. Throughout the night, despite multiple requests, our waitress failed to bring the basic necessity of water to our table. We sat there for hours, parched and frustrated, wondering if our orders would ever materialize. Spoiler alert: they didn't. Despite ordering food, including sizzling fajitas and a brownie, they never showed up. It's mind-boggling how a restaurant can fail so spectacularly at fulfilling basic customer orders. The icing on the cake was the utter disregard for customer satisfaction. When we finally received our orders, they were cold and incomplete. The fajitas weren't sizzling as advertised, and the accompanying tortilla bread was nowhere to be seen. Even when we asked for the missing items, it was met with indifference from the staff. But the disappointment didn't end there. Despite repeated requests, our table went without water for the entire duration of our visit - from 5:30 pm until 1 am! It's utterly unacceptable to neglect such a basic need, especially in a dining establishment. Our “waitress” Laura seemed more interested in wiping down empty tables than actually attending to paying customers

And let's not forget about the Saganaki Cheese fiasco. After waiting over an hour, the cheese finally arrived - accompanied by cold, stale bread that had been sitting out for far too long. When I dared to request that the bread be reheated before serving, the waiter dismissed me with utter disregard and took back the Saganaki Cheese and stale bread. Even after speaking to the supposed manager, Sean, there was no improvement. Promises of discounts and expedited service and fresh Saganaki Cheese and fresh bread, fell flat as we waited over TWO HOURS for a dish that never made it back to our table. Overall, the service and experience at Cloud Nine was a complete disgrace. From the ignorant staff to the disorganized management, it's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them and basic customer requests are the last on their list to meet. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to steer clear unless they enjoy frustration and disappointment with their meal, night, experience and socializing events. I strongly recommend considering going elsewhere.

We have been to Cloud Nine 2 or 3 times in the past and enjoyed our dinner, but today we had a terrible experience. It started off okay, our server was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our appetizer arrived and was fine, but when our dinner arrived, things went downhill fast. I had ordered a cobb salad, and when it arrived, the entire yolk on the hard boiled egg was gray. I'm not talking gray around the edge like when you overcook them, it was SOLID GRAY, not a speck of yellow! The cook had actually sliced it and served it to me like that! 🤢 I honestly thought I would be sick, and brought it to our server's attention immediately. She took it back to the kitchen and then a man, who I assume was the manager, said he would redo my dinner and ensure everything was fresh. By this time I was doubting the freshness and quality of the food in general. I waited and waited, while my husband and friends continued to eat their food, feeling uncomfortable that i had no dinner. My husband was so turned off by this experience, he lost his appetite as well, not to mention that his clubhouse sandwich was completely sub par. There was almost no chicken, bacon, cheese and other fillings in it, just towards the centre or inner point of each quarter, and it was mostly just bread which was supposed to be toasted but was not, just kind of warm. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, and our friends were nearly done their dinner, my salad had still not returned. With no explanation as to why it was taking so long, I told them to just forget it. I honestly couldn't have brought myself to eat their food at that point, nor could my husband. I will say that my friend's fish and chips did look good and she enjoyed them. My other friend said his wings were just okay but hard and overcooked, but his Caesar salad was good. My husband and I only ended up paying for our appetizer and beverages, but our whole date night evening with friends was ruined. We did get an apology from our server, who seemed genuinely concerned, but not from the management. After I said I didn't want my meal any more, he just hid in the kitchen until we left. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy, everything moved quickly and smoothly, and our food arrived without any long wait.

We decided to try a variety of dishes, starting with the hot and honey wings. They were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated with the perfect balance of heat and sweetness. The sauce had just the right kick without overpowering the flavor of the chicken, making them a definite must-try for wing lovers.

Next up was the 10 oz steak, cooked exactly as ordered. It was juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned, served with sides that complemented it perfectly. You could really taste the quality and care put into its preparation.

We also enjoyed a pasta dish that was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. The portion was generous, and every bite was satisfying, making it a great choice for anyone craving comfort food.

Although we didn’t order drinks this time, the food and service left such a great impression that we’re already planning to come back and explore more of the menu, including their beverage options.
