Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ajax

Why is it that every single time I asked for tripple mushrooms, I get the same regular amount.... annoying. I wouldn't ask for extra every single time I pay obnoxious prices for dominos pizza , I requested additional mushrooms, pretty sure I pay for them each time..... at this point I'm owed an entire 4 layer mushroom pizza. I'm not trying to be difficult, I always tip well . I don't even go through uber , I give you the direct business. Mushrooms aren't a big deal , I totally get it .... but if I requested it , it was because I wanted it , and paid money for it , therefore I expect it ..... sigh , also last week my stuffed garlic bread came raw . I understand it goes through an conveyer, but like doughy. I called to have it replaced bc it was raw . I couldn't eat it . But called back to say forget it bc I was worried about someone messing with it .... I pay extra for dominos pizza bc the quality is generally better ..... but idk I'm not seeing anything special anymore. I'm upset spending money during these times to get the quality I expect.

This location is touch and go for quality and customer service. The recent order has sparked this review..

We order our regular 3 medium pizza's 🍕 as we use the extras for lunches for work.

First pizza was excellent until we bit into long hairs medium to light colour hairs and that is definitely disgusting, calling this location and dealing with very young managers or supervisors is a complete waste of time.

We viewed the second and third pizza and they have been made differently, not lightly done and extremely greasy as the boxes are drenched in pure oil or grease and peices of hair.

Normally this location is decent and usually 2 out of 6 pizza's are perfect but the last few times it has been getting worse and worse, this concern was brought up to management before but nothing has been done to improve the business.

The Grand opening was today and I appreciate the free small pizza.

Location: Has seating which is new for me when it comes to a Domino's. 6-8 tables there for 2 people I be level and the digital signage as well as the big open glass counters let you see what is going on in the back. More modern looking and can staff a lot of workers if need be

Pizza: Domino's has come a long way from when I remember them. The crust is textured with a corn meal flour, the cheese (top) I guess is broiled to melt the cheese and give it a well done look without baking away the sause below. The pizza sause is still viscous and has Italian seasoning in it....think sause in the small cans when making spaghetti and not just the big cans of tomato sause.

If you go to Orange Box or a 2 for 1 regularly I would put this place in the rotation or give it a few tries. Price is good and the online ordering system gives...
